Once your report has been processed and delivered, the screening service is considered complete and non-refundable due to the confidential nature of the data provided.

All tenant screening reports from True Tenant Security are delivered digitally via email to the address provided at the time of purchase. Reports are typically issued within 24 hours after all required documents and tenant consent forms have been submitted and verified.

No physical copies are mailed. To ensure timely delivery, please verify that your email address is entered correctly and check your spam or junk folders if you do not receive your report within the stated timeframe.

To begin screening your tenant , the following forms are required AFTER payment.

Step 1: Obtain Tenant Consent
Before we can begin the screening process, ensure tenant has consented by checking the consent box.

Step 2: Upload All Required Documents
To ensure a thorough and accurate screening, please provide the following:

•  Government-Issued Photo ID

Step 3: Receive Your Report Within 24 Hours
After payment, you’ll receive a secure upload link to submit your documents. Once all required forms are received, your tenant screening report will be delivered to your email within 24 hours.
